MAG — Airport Operations
Manchester Airports Group faced inefficiencies caused by siloed data across departments. As sole UX Designer, I defined the strategy and designed AirportSync — a unified platform achieving 90% task success in pre-launch testing with 85% user satisfaction target.
Manchester Airport — Website Renewal
The public websites for all three MAG airports: Manchester, East Midlands and London Stansted. I built the components and mapped them to layout types in Figma, so a designer could pick a layout and swap in the component they needed instead of rebuilding it. That sped up the design process. I was involved in mapping the tokens as well, so Stansted's different palette ran on the same components. Pixel-perfect design review and UAT support before release. A short note for now; a full case study is still to come.
